Who We Are

This chatbot is powered by 11Bot (Asney Polska sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland). When you use this chatbot, the website owner (our customer) is the data controller, and 11Bot processes your data on their behalf as a data processor.

What We Collect

When you interact with this chatbot, we may collect:

• Your messages – the text you type in the chat
• Contact information – if you voluntarily provide your name, email, or phone number
• Session data – page URL, timestamp, session identifier
• Technical data – browser type, device type (for display purposes only)

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Respond to your inquiries using AI-assisted and/or human support
• Improve the conversation by maintaining context within your session
• Provide information about the website owner's products or services

Important: We do not use your conversation data to train AI models. Responses are generated using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) without compromising your data.

Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on servers in the European Union (AWS eu-central-1)
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We retain personal data for no longer than 3 years from last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Third-Party AI Processing

This chatbot uses AI language models to generate responses. Your messages are processed by AI systems from the following providers:

• Anthropic (United States) – AI language model provider

For transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA (such as to the United States), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and other appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR. Training on customer data is disabled for all AI providers.
